Mr Entertainer is an approved licensee of the Mechanical Copyright Protection Society (MCPS) to which royalties are paid to cover song writer and publisher royalties. You can re-record with your own vocal if only for personal use and basic sharing on social media sites such as YouTube & Facebook. You cannot use (with or without your vocal) any music acquired from this website for the purpose of public performance, re-distribution, commercial project, manufacturing or broadcasting without permission and additional licensing from Mr Entertainer. You cannot edit the music or on screen graphics of any tracks acquired from Mr Entertainer in any way. If we feel our service is being mis-used in any way we reserve the right to remove access at any time without reimbursement. Please be aware that me may monitor data usage to determine if an account is using data to a level we deem to be acceptable.
Complaints
We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to formally complain about any matter our please contact info@MrEntertainer.co.uk. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive an acknowledgement within five working days whilst we work to resolve your complaint.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and by using this website you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
